LIVE FEED: Inaugural of Rodrigo Roa Duterte, the 16th President of the Philippines

History unfolds today, June 30, 2016 as Rodrigo Roa Duterte will become the Philippines’ 16th President. The inauguration ceremony will be held at Malacañan Palace

At exactly 12:00 noon, the President-elect will be sworn into office by Supreme Court Justice Bienvenido L. Reyes, in front of more than 600 guests at the Rizal Ceremonial Hall.

    As a british citizen with a Filipino wife and I travel TO the Philippines at least twice a year I would like to congratulate the new president and ask him to look at the airport taxes they are to high for us thank you

    Yeah…correct..airport taxes should lower down…we are one of the top tourist destination in Asia but it seems we are not friendly enough with the tourist including filipino people who are traveling abroad…i hope the President will look on that matter!
