A new landmark is set to rise in the booming Uptown district of Cagayan de Oro City: the Italian designed Primavera City development of publicly listed Italpinas Devt. Corp. (IDC)
Primavera City is the company’s follow-up to its briskly selling Primavera Residences. A mixed-use building (commercial, BPO/Office and residential), a seven-tower landmark.
Phase 1 of the Primavera City covers the 1st 2 towers (11-storeys each), expected to cost around Php 653 million comprising residential (9 floors), Office/BPO (1 floor) and commercial (1 floor).
Primavera City is located in a Philippine Economic Zones Authority (PEZA) Zone, and is expected to land BPO locators and other businesses seeking to tap the university town’s rich talent pool.
The project will be part of Uptown CDO, an area which has seen an influx of homes, schools, shops and offices moving away from the crowded downtown area. Government offices are expected to follow as part a planned City expansion program.
