Ella “Nellza” Mortola Bautista became the first official candidate to the Mutya Ng Pilipinas 2016 National Pageant Event during last Saturday’s Mutya ng Pilipinas Northern Mindanao coronation night at the Activity Center of Centrio Mall in Cagayan de Oro City.
The statuesque beauty who is also a model bested thirteen other lovely ladies vying for a slot of one of the country’s prestigious beauty pageants.
