Although less popular than the Divine Mercy Shrine in El Salvador City, the 50-foot statue of Our Lady of Fatima located in Barangay Sambulawan, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental has been receiving local devotees and visitors for the past several months especially during Holy Week.

Sooner, this will be included among the must-see sites especially it’s just near the airport. For first timers, please refer to the map below. If you’re travelling from Cagayan de Oro, turn left after passing MINDOACO. Just follow the barangay road as indicated. The statue will be on your left near the abandoned warehouse.
