In its Facebook page, it posted there’s no stopping re-elected Mayor Oscar Moreno in giving quality education with the multi-purpose building which houses 200 classrooms and also doubles as an evacuation center during calamities. Oro Central will rise at City Central School, basically at the heart of the city.
