Xavier University’s Kinaadman Research Center (KRC) has released the results of its survey on voters’ preference for local and national candidates conducted from March 12-16, 2016 and showed former Mayor Vicente Emano, incumbent Mayor Oscar Moreno, and 2nd District Representative Rufus Rodriguez in a three-way statistical tie.
The results had Emano leading with 31.75 percent, followed by Moreno with 30.50 percent and Rodriguez 25.75 percent. Undecided voters accounted for 11.88 percent from a sample size of 800 and a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points at the city level.
