Kagay-anon named to Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague


Antonio La Viña, a native of Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines and outgoing Dean of Ateneo School of Government has been made a member of the specialized panel of arbitrators for environmental disputes at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), the oldest institution for international dispute resolution which is based in The Hague, Netherlands.
