Indahag Elementary School and Father William F. Masterson, SJ Elementary School, both public elementary schools in Cagayan de Oro City have become the first two schools in the city to benefit under the expanded Global Filipino School (GFS) program of Globe and Ayala Foundation, Inc. with the support of Cagayan de Oro City Local Government Unit, Mitsubishi Corporation, and Far Eastern University.

GFS is a long-term educational initiative that seeks to transform select public schools into centers of excellence in innovative teaching methods and Information and Communications Technology. Part of the benefit is the provision of a newly constructed ICT laboratory equipped with computers, internet connectivity, and other multimedia tools.
