If you have been to St. Augustine Cathedral in Cagayan de Oro City lately, you will notice that two of the historic and iconic stained glass windows have already been removed.
Shown below are the 3rd and 4th stained glass windows on the eastern side now on the process of being removed.
The first two stained glass windows were previously located on these area.
Workers onsite revealed that the said windows will be transferred to the walls near the altar. Shown below is the current stained glass window on the same wall.
Just imagine if two more stained glass windows will be transferred to this wall.
Meanwhile, this is what you’ll see on the opposite wall.
