The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will install three (3) units CCTV to monitor from Command Center water level at specific flood prone areas in Cagayan de Oro City.
These are: (1) along Sapang Creek in Kauswagan Highway, (2) Marcos Bridge, and (3) Bitan-ag Creek in Claro M. Recto Avenue. See below screenshot of DPWH’s “Invitation to Bid” as posted in its website. As indicated, the CCTV project will cost of P2.3 million. Download the full document HERE.
Meanwhile, here’s a picture of the CCTV installed at Licoan Flyover, one of several CCTVs currently installed in several intersections in the city. So far, there is no formal turnover or announcement hat the CCTV project has been completed.
