Laser tag, the newest non-contact sport that’s gaining popularity in Manila and Cebu is now in Cagayan de Oro City.
Laser Blast is located at the 3rd floor of UHRHC Building just at the back Corpus Christi High School in Macasandig.
In case you’re not familiar with the game, it’s pretty similar with airsoft except that players wear a vest and a hold a phaser which is a hand-held infrared-emitting targeting device. It’s like Star Wars in reality. At Laser Blast, players are grouped into two opposing color teams who will try to shoot or tag the players of the other team with their phaser. Watch the tutorial below.
As explained, the vests contain infrared-sensitive targets which are tagged using the phaser. Points are given to the player who ‘tags’ the player of the other team. Locker rooms are available for players to change clothes. Accordingly, a 15-minute ‘war’ will be ‘perspiring’! See the combat zone below. By the way, they are still on soft opening so expect major changes inside the combat zone in the days to come.
Laser Blast is open daily from 9am to 7pm. Promo Price is at P150/person. You may contact them for booking or reservation at 09176761773.
