Northern Mindanao Regional Athletic Association (NMRAA) finished a respectable 5th place in the just concluded 2015 Palarong Pambansa held May 3-9 in Tagum City.

The feat is an improvement of the 6th place finish in last year’s event held in Laguna (LINK). The contingent finished with 19 golds, 14 silvers and 39 bronze medals including the record breaking feat made by Jie Ann Calis in the 800-meter secondary girls. Jie Ann set the new record of 2:12.27, beating the old record of 2:17.2 by Angelica de Josef last year. NMRAA also won golds in Taekwondo, Arnis, and Chess, among others. See the final medal tally below.
