A short 1.5-2 hour drive from Cagayan de Oro City, Casa San Pio is located within St. Padre Pio’s Apostolic Farm in Barangay Upper Lapinig. The facility was officially inaugurated last May 25, 2013, the birth anniversary of St Padre Pio. It has been a venue for religious activities particularly retreats.
Philippine Madonna House Foundation Inc, is the operator of Casa San Pio Pilgrims’ Inn, which has 10 Regular Rooms. The set-up is spartan, twin-sharing.

The Nazareth Cottages provide socialized accommodations. There are 2 cottages available: Mary of Nazareth Cottage is for females and can accommodate 7 persons while St Joseph Cottage is for males and also has accommodations good for 7 persons.
