A video of the conceptual redevelopment plan was recently uploaded by LG+V Architects at its website HERE showing the proposal. As shown in the video, there will be major changes which includes a mall and boutique hotel, a spectators area at the existing open air basketball and volleyball courts, a parking building with a large digital monitor, a grandstand with roofdeck shops, a much larger swimming pool area with 2 olympic-sized pools, a covered basketball curt and multi-purpose hall, a much modern tennis court, badminton court and fitness area. Here are some screengrabs from the video.
