Darryl Salcedo Redondo of Cagayan de Oro has been chosen as among the select to showcase their paper cutting talent in the First Grand Exhibit of the Guild of the Philippines set in Manila this December.

The Papercutters Guild of the Philippines is a group of visual artists specializing in the art of paper cutting, from traditional to contemporary styles and themes. Members come from different parts of the country and from diverse educational background and professional orientation. The exhibit is set December 16, 2014 at Best Western Hotel La Corona in Manila. In case you didn’t know, Filipinos have the talent of the art of paper cutting – the tails of our Christmas parol is a product of paper cutting.
