Construction of Engr. Elpie Paras’ P250 million water park project in Opol, Misamis Oriental (read previous post HERE) is expected to start soon.

This after Engr. Paras posted photos in his Facebook account of a 1,500 sq meter clamshell hangar tent being built at the project site located at Barra, Opol. This structure is said to store materials for the project which is named as Seven Seas Water Park and Resort based on the online permitting system by the DENR. Below is a screenshot of portion of the Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) issued to the project bearing the project name and some amenities such as Slow River Ride, Aqua Playhouse, Water Slide Towers and Splash Pools. With the new Bulua-Igpit Section of the 3rd Bridge Access Road now open to motorists (LINK), accessibility to the soon to be water park will not be a problem. Definitely, this is a project to watch.
