In a news article at Sun Star by Jigger J. Jerusalem (Read LINK), the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) will reportedy conduct the first night flights at Laguindingan Airport next month. This after the SKY-KR Consortium finished the installation of the Air Navigation System and Support Facilities (ANSSF) ahead of the target completion date of November 20.
