According to Sean Oliver Moreno, the campaign represents 2 things…
(1) HIGALA, this is composed of groups, organizations, companies working together by contributing in anyway to come up with a feast celebration with our poor Kagayanons to symbolize. First that we are united, it will create an impact for investors to come in not because we are the 2nd most competitive but the relationship of pulling each other up for the benefit of everyone. It’s not a crab mentality thing but more of all for one.
(2) We are extending our contributions to our other HIGALA which are the less fortunate. The 2 thumbs up represents that we should be equal in celebrating fiesta. There is no rich and poor, we are THE KAGAYANONS. This is our biggest asset we are known for “the city of golden friendship” which can easily be related to HIGALAAY FESTIVAL.
