The state-of-the-art Mushroom Technology Transfer Project has been completed with the formal completion ceremony held just recently at Misamis Oriental State College of Agriculture and Technology (MOSCAT) in Claveria, Misamis Oriental.
Officials from the Department of Agriculture Regional Office 10 (DA-RFO 10) and Farm 23 officials led the completion ceremony. The project which was ably supported by the Korea Int’l Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is the first automated mushroom cultivation project in the Philippines. It is aimed at promoting mushroom cultivation as a source of living among farmers as it is deemed to be a viable enterprise. Read more HERE.
