The first coin-operated laundry shop is now in the city. Wash & Go, located along Velez and Fernandez (formerly Dolores) Streets in downtown Cagayan de Oro City is now on soft opening.
The facility has the following units to serve your laundry needs. This basically suits clients who are too tired to wash or simply don’t know how to….
And since this is the inaugural store, Wash & Go is giving a huge discount for washers until May 31, 2014. On the average, the cost of laundry is P3.75 per kilo…which is way too cheap and much efficient than the usual conventional laundry services.
Again, it is still on soft opening and they’re still working on some structures. As stated, it is open daily from 8:00AM to 9:00PM.
Operating the washing machines is very easy as shown below. Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with the operations, Wash & Go has some staff to help its clients. Washing takes about 20 to 30 minutes depending on the bulk of your laundry while drying takes about 30 to 40 minutes.
All you need to bring are your clothes to be washed and some detergent powder and fabric conditioner. If you forgot to bring detergent, they also sell detergents at the shop.
Meanwhile, there is free Wi-Fi so you could surf the internet while waiting for your clothes.
And by the way, you need to bring coins in P10 and P5 denominations. In case you don’t have change, the shop can provide you some coins in exchange.
After inserting coin, just press START and the machines will do rest.
