Patricio’s Cevicheria, a new restaurant in plush Bonifacio Global City in Taguig owned by Cagayan de Oro-born Patrick Roa and his wife Pia, is featuring Cagayan de Oro’s version of kinilaw with the lime and tabon-tabon seasoning.
