The City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (CDRRMC) led by Col. Ramon Monsanto (Ret.) downgraded its warning to NO WARNING as of 5:00AM today as the weather in Cagayan de Oro City somewhat improved with just minimal rainfall.

The water level of Cagayan de Oro River also returned to its normal level as there was much lesser amount of rainfall (1-3 mm) compared to the 90mm rainfall on Monday. Below are photos of the river near City Hall. You can see the BE HONEST sign on the dike with all its entirety.

However, despite the improved weather conditions, flight cancellations continue at the much-criticized Laguindingan Airport. Although some scheduled flights have pushed through at the airport, flights cancellations still dominate the info monitor at the airport as the whole province is still having overcast weather.
