Tropical Depression “Agaton” is now internationally known as “Lingling” and has moved east southeast sparing Cagayan de Oro but sustained rainfall flooded major streets around the city.

Image above shows the track of Agaton as of 2 AM today, January 20, 2014 as it heads further south. However, as shown in the photos below, the usual flood prone areas in the city are again flooded. Vehicular flow was affected along CM Recto Avenue, Osmeña Extension, and Gaabucayan Streets as flood water rose caused by continuous rains.
