This is the first post of this project updates series this year. We start with some new construction projects in Cagayan de Oro City.
First is the ongoing facelift of MASS-SPECC Building along Tiano Bros. Street. As shown, steel scaffolding for the workers are in place. Perhaps, the building will have a new exterior color.
Next is this small commercial construction along JR Borja Street just across Executive Centrum Building. As shown, this is a 2-storey structure.
Below is an ongoing Extension of the Cagayan de Oro Medical Center Central Laboratory. I have posted this before but with only the steel fence and without info. Now, you could see the tarpaulin with the building perspective. Health facilities in the city are expanding due to increased demand for medical services.
There’s a new fuel refilling station in Iponan. This just across the new extension campus of Blessed Mother College.
Further ahead at Kinasanghan Junction along the Iponan-Barra boundary is this new development.
Next is the renovation of the Ford Showroom along Kauswagan Highway. This is one of those old showroom along this stretch of the National Highway. It’s about time to improve its facility as new and modern showrooms are sprouting nearby.
This photo of a small construction along Corrales Avenue was taken late last year. I believe they’re constructing a carwash shop.
And finally, a 2-level commercial building is rising along Pabayo-San Agustin Streets. Too bad, the wires are blocking the view of the tarp.
There are many more new construction projects in the city but the weather is not cooperating. Will have some time to cover them soon.
