Task Force Hapsay Dalan chairman Atty. Jose Edgardo ‘Egay’ Uy and the Roads and Traffic Administration led by Engr. Nonito Oclarit made a clearing operation yesterday around Cogon Public Market by removing makeshift stalls along sidewalks and streets surrounding the market.

Ambulant and sidewalk vendors at Cogon Public Market were temporarily allowed to sell their trade around the market during the holidays but after the 2-day grace period had lapsed, the city started the clearing yesterday. The worsening traffic in Cogon during the holidays was a subject of many criticisms.
