Like the popular Paco Park in Manila, Rodelsa Circle in Cagayan de Oro City has become a venue to showcase Filipino culture and arts exhibitions.
Aptly named “Sunset Serenades”, it began in late October 2013 and with scheduled events every Saturday afternoon up to evening with a variety of music, art, film and other performances worth watching amid the setting sun in the background. All shows are organized by the City Tourism Council with Dr. Rafaelita P. Pelaez at the helm.
Today is Saturday and if you’re not doing anything, try to drop by Rodelsa Circle later in the afternoon and witness some musical shows which could provide some soothing music from a hot and stressful day. It’s free by the way.
