The Licoan flyover is purple no more after the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) started repainting it with white and black stripes.
DPWH was quick to state that the re-paint job had nothing to do with politics. Read story HERE.
Meanwhile, below are photos taken early today. This one shows white stripes applied first on the northern side approach of the flyover.
The south side of the said approach shows the final black and white color pattern as ordered by DPWH Sec. Rogelio Singson on flyovers. The Ysalina Bridge was the first bridge in the city to be re-painted in compliance to the DPWH directive (See my post HERE).
