In its latest annual report submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), SM Prime Holdings, Inc. has revealed its latest Cagayan de Oro property to be 28,773 square meters or roughly 2.9 hectares.
This is just about the same size of the old Coca-Cola plant and its adjoining properties including perhaps the Agudo lot. A screenshot of the report indicating the property is shown below. The old bottling facility is roughly 1.7 hectares so the additional area could be around 1.2 hectares more or less.

Now, a draft perspective is reportedly now available. Meantime, I’m posting this image below. Click image for larger view.
The lot’s area is smaller than Centrio (3.7 has.) and initial info is that this will be at least 4 levels.
