As promised, here are the other new construction projects which I should have included in my post in no. 63 of the series.
But then again, here it goes…first is this new 3-storey commercial building along Masterson Avenue at Pueblo de Oro’s Masterson Mile near Kara’s Furniture. I just found it funny the proponent placed “with elevator” on the billboard as a “come-on” for space applicants. As shown, ground works are already underway.
Next is this new 3-storey bachelor’s pad at Villa Vicente in Kauswagan. With more migrants coming into the city either for education, work or business, demand for bachelor’s pads are increasing in the city.
At the corner of National Highway and Westbound Terminal Road in Bulua is this new site clearing. As shown, a lone building is left and perhaps due for demolition too. This is a prime lot considering its location at the cross roads of two major roads. I didn’t ask around but it looks like one investor bought these contiguous lots probably for a commercial undertaking.
Located northeast of the Westbound Terminal and Public Market is this newly fenced property. I think the area could be around 3 hectares with civil works still ongoing. Earth filling was initially undertaken since the area is quite below road level. Note that this area is also just a stone’s throw away from Ayala property. Development is now slowly inching its way into the Ayala boundaries.
Next is this new commercial warehouse near NHA Kauswagan. It is reportedly owned by the Gaisano group. The concrete piles indicate it’s really a warehouse.
And finally, there’s a new construction along Vamenta Boulevard. Traffic was slow-moving and I happened to pass by the site. I couldn’t get a good picture and I was facing the sun. As shown, heavy equipment is onsite with vertical works ongoing.
I couldn’t post all of the construction projects in the city but if you happen to know or find one which have not been posted here, please do share with cdodev.com
