This is just a quick photo update of a section of Limketkai Mall’s expansion.
With so many construction activities going on both inside and outside of the mall, I would just like to focus on one section, the southwest part, the former Plaza Fair area where there is large expansion being undertaken. As shown in the photos below, the main structural frame of the project has been accomplished. You could see the shape of the building already.
You will observe a high ceiling section (central part) and a moderate ceiling area (right side).
What intrigues me is the interior design of this area. Hopefully, the new tenant will have some sort of “awesome” interior design application which would make it grand.

sure na ang exterior wai pintal
imo nalang nawong ato pintalan
I dont know if it confirmed, that Robinsons Supermarket is transfering here or its just rumor. If its Supermarket I hope they make entrance also from outside so they dont have to follow Malls opening hour.
in my opinion. i like the facade of LKK.. medyo old lage sya pero at least dli sya similar sa gaisano nga lumoton. everytime i go to LKK, i have this western-like feeling bcoz of the ambiance. the simple design of LKK makes it more comfy and clear to see. but if they will have to join the foray of the country’s high-end malls, then i would suggest a glassy facade… what LKK should do today is to make the interior more classy. and i don’t have any ideas what color would fit to LKK…. hmm, red? i mean, that’s the color they used as a signature logo of the mall. but for me, the facade is already okay. they still need to refurbish it more. perhaps a granite-like facade. hehehe IMO lang ha.
red and white ang tsada na ipintal gawas sa kets.. pwd pud with a touch of grey or silver.. pro mas tsada ang glassy facade..
Agree.
