John Dean Anavieza and April Allen Valencia, both from Cagayan de Oro, were named as among the ninth batch of candidates to the youth formation program, the Ninoy & Cory Aquino Leadership Journey on February 8-10, 2013, as announced by the Ninoy & Cory Aquino Foundation (NCAF) and the Ninoy & Cory Aquino Center for Leadership (NCACL).
