Late last year, I have posted about the Tiano ancestral house being demolished to give way to a modern building (LINK). Now, the perspective of the proposed project was installed just recently.
As shown below, the new project which will rise onsite will be a 5-storey office building owned by Cebu CFI Community Cooperative and designed by Architect Manuel Guanzon.
From the rendering, you could see a glassy facade, an open air roof deck with landscaped garden and a huge logo of the cooperative.
Cebu CFI Community Cooperative’s branch in the city is currently holding office at CLIMBS building in Bulua.
Just in another block across the street and on the opposite side is this newly fenced vacant lot along Tiano-Yacapin Sts. The fence’s color is similar to the fence which enclosed the Tiano ancestral home. It will likely host the project’s field office and construction materials and supplies.
