Local real estate developers are now turning to high rise development as Liberty Land Corporation is said to build a high rise condominium project at Pueblo de Oro at the back of SM City.
As posted and confirmed in its facebook account, the above photo was posted and after a few inquiries, the firm said it’s going to be a high rise project (see below).
High-rise could also mean multilevel, not necessarily high-rise of at least 12 floors. Who knows? Maybe this could really be a high-rise in engineering terms. The firm’s current project is Lumbia Heights which was recently approved by the City Council. This vertical venture at Pueblo will follow after their Lumbia project.
Once pushes through, Liberty Land Corp. follows Johndorf Ventures whose first venture into vertical development was a success. The recent floods has also increased awareness among the local populace of living in “higher” areas.
