I see no problem if they’re gonna use that art-deco heritage building for entertainment purposes, pero at least man lang they could have retain much of its architectural value, with none of that ghastly color in sight. I used to admire it back when Filipinas Bank used to occupy that space. Since then daghan na nag puli-puli na tenants but I have never protested it until this one…
