Admer Rey C. Dablio, a licensed chemist and currently the Deputy Technical Manager at the Chemical Testing Laboratory (CTL) of the Regional Standards and Testing Laboratories (RSTL) of DOST-X, has won in the DOST-wide photo journalism contest focusing on “Science, Technology and Innovation: Working Together for Growth and Development.” He had two winning entries.
