Designed by renowned architect Felino Palafox, it is a favorite venue for concerts, gatherings and other meets. Everyday, joggers and exercise enthusiasts often use it early in the morning.

I pass here everyday but haven’t set foot on this; but upon looking at your photo makes me realize that that’s the design of the tiles.
