Dr. Ignacio Moreno of Cagayan de Oro and Misamis Oriental, dubbed as health guardian of Mindanao, was among twelve (12) doctors whose contributions to the local medicine practice have inspired many other practitioners who were named 2012’s Outstanding Filipino Physicians by JCI Senate Philippines and San Miguel Corporation at the historic landmark Manila Hotel a few days ago.
