Here are more shots of Cagayan de Oro River and vicinity hours after Bopha or locally named “Pablo” headed for Visayas.
The photos are taken from Ysalina Bridge and shows part of City Hall and Carmen Ilaya.
This portion along Carmen is continuing to be flooded during strong typhoons.
You can still some debris carried by currents.
And again, picture taking from the bridge…
I think it’s best that Acacia Street in Carmen be declared a no-build zone.
You can see some light in the horizon and some of Pablo’s tail clouds….
