CEBU PACIFIC (CEB) said on Tuesday it is prepared to open additional flights to and from Cagayan de Oro which will be abandoned soon by Philippine Airlines even as the company launches its maiden flight from Cagayan de Oro to Zamboanga this Saturday, October 20.
