I am saddened reading all the comments here. Why you guys keep on fighting in which city is the best? In terms of development, both cities are not at the bottom. Davao is 3rd while CDO is not that far behind(4th or 5th perhaps). I know there are changes in the coming years in terms of income per city, business, awards and recognition that every city gets, etc but still we should treat each other equally because we’re living in the same country, Philippines. Please note that economic activities of each cities will affect the country’s performance. Instead, we should discuss ways to improve our city, suggestions to solve existing problems/issues. I am Cebuano, our city has so many issues right now. We have so many poor citizens in the province, many of them are jobless. Although, I’ve seen the government’s efforts to help these people thru its ‘suroy-suroy sugbo’ wherein they were able earn money out of this activity but still it is not enough. We need a leader right now that has a compassionate heart to help our poor citizens. Our government is being pushed by its citizens to think and implement helpful proposal to improve the lives of our people. Please let us all discuss rational topics and throw positive arguments instead.
