Located on the highest point of Golden Haven is the Santuario de Redentor, or Shrine of the Redeemer.

The Santuario de Redentor was officially opened and blessed in simple rites last May 1, 2012.

A contemplative garden chapel with wave-like trellised canopies sits below the thirty-foot replica of the statue of Christ the Redeemer that can be found in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Directly below His benevolent gaze, and fronting benches spread out like waves of compassion, this capsule of serenity will be the venue for memorial services and final adieus as well as a sanctuary for meditation and introspection with its sweeping panoramic view of the distant mountains.

The Santuario de Redentor will be a Cagayan de Oro landmark for generations to come as it is visible from both land and air, the Park being right along the flight path to and from Lumbia.
