Uptown Cagayan de Oro continues to change its landscape with the addition of CEPALCO’s Administration Green Building located along Masterson Avenue.
This is just across Pueblo de Oro’s Masterson Mile, Kara Furniture Building to be more specific. As shown in the perspective, it will be a green building and is characterized by solar panels on the roof as well as at the back of the building. As seen on the tarp installed onsite, First Orient Development and Construction Corp. (FODC) is the main contractor and ground breaking was held last September 26, 2012. This will be the second eco-friendly building in the area after Primavera Residences.
