City Mayor Vicente “Dongkoy” Y. Emano, assisted by Assistant City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Officer Eng’r Armen Cuenca, ceremonially switches on the Cagayan de Oro Weather Station installed at City Hall’s rooftop during this week’s flagraising ceremony last September 17, 2012.
This station complements the early warning systems already in place in Pigsag-an, Talakag, Baungon, Libona, and Kinawe.
I hope these weather stations are also accessible online or linked with Project NOAH.

Wala ko kabalo about Betterphils. I open Project Noah whenever the weather looks bad, just a minute ago, torrential rains was recorded in Baungon at 3:15PM. But Kabula Bridge river sensor is normal.
