Why does this corrupt syndicate even get money, for the next election?
They don’t get anything done and more and more places in Cagayan de Oro city do not have 24/7 water supply anymore. This gets worse every month.
More people are coming to this city but their infrastructure can not cope up with the development.
Monthly rate for residential is P 168, in Davao it is only P 110 and it works there?
    Where does the money go?
