there’s something bias towards this action and someone has to liable against this.. this must be justified…

Big investor don’t believe or rely on propaganda they have independent consultants commissioned to perform feasibility studies. That’s reality not purely speculations.

data given by the NEDA and AIM are all fair. lets accept the fact that there are ups and downs in every regions economy. cdo is progressing. the whole region is progressing. though not enough to surpass what other regions had achieve. i visited cdo frequently and davao too half pasyal and doing a research at the same time para makahnap ng magandang lugar where to transfer our head office from manila since we always battered by typhoons and flashfloods.. they choose davao. though they also like cdo too. malaki pagkakaiba ng dalawang city. but yet they’re both aggressively progressing.

But the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) in the region believes that the construction in Northern Mindanao for 2011 could not have dropped so much.
For one, the Laguindingan Airport project had an increased spending in 2011 by 84.34 percent from P739.32 million in 2010 to P1.36 billion in 2011, according to Engr. Cecilio Clarete, chief economic development specialist of the Knowledge Management Division of NEDA-10.

that’s why both macrom and neda wants a review and re-estimation kay imbis kanus-a grabe kadaghan sa construction wala tuo,dha na inuon minaog ang construction sector. toinks.
as if macrocom and neda would ask for a review if what they know and see reflects what the grdp says.
