PROJECT WATCH: Interior photos of Centrio Mall; Rustan’s Fresh, Robinsons anchor store confirmed

Here are the first interior photos of Centrio Mall beginning with the one shown above.

As clearly shown in the signages, Rustan’s Fresh and Robinsons are the grocery and anchor store, respectively. Rustan’s will occupy the ground floor while Robinsons be at the second floor. More high-end shops will locate at the 3rd floor of the anchor store building.

Below are shots of the Centrio Garden with the famed Acacia Tree at the center of the garden.

Below is a shot of the bridge/hallway inside the mall.

Below (left) shows perhaps the activity area. The open ceiling indicates it will have a glass-c0vered roofing for natural lighting.

A shot of the driveway and entrance along Corrales Avenue.

The hallways are typical of Ayala Malls.

I respect ayala for having pocket gardens in their malls. Its shows their great concern for the evironment. I hope SM could be more like ayala malls. Greenery is the next biggest factor for real estate value in this century.

Really cool mall! I am really excited at the prospect of having a Rustan’s Fresh supermarket in Cagayan de Oro, and have heard this is the biggest so far in the country- even bigger than that of Rustan’s Rockwell in Makati. This just goes to show how much faith the Tantoco’s have in CDO’s/Normin’s purchase power- starting with the opening of high-end fashion labels like Marks and Spencer, Springfield and Payless to name a few in a homegrown mall, Limketkai Center.
