Cagayan de Oro’s Ricardo Cawaling, Jr. has officially applied for the 2012 PBA Annual Draft.
A former SMART-Gilas standout out of Far Eastern University, the 6’3 Cawaling is the latest basketball player from the city to try his luck at the country’s premier basketball league. The draft is set August 19.
