No. 49 of the series. Here are some new construction projects in the city which have not been posted before. First is this 3-storey commercial building along RN Pelaez Blvd. in Kauswagan beside Jetti Refilling Station.
As shown, construction is now on the second floor.
Next is this proposed 2-storey Rectory of Eco-Church also in Kauswagan. Like the church, all funds will come from donation of the parishioners.
Next is this 3-storey Oro Savings and Sharing Cooperative building at Capistrano-Echem Sts. just across NEDA Regional Office. Cooperatives now are venturing into commercial leasing of buildings, which is a booming business in the city.
Below is another commercial building rising in Kauswagan along the 3rd Bridge access road, a few meters away from Tita Fannies Kauswagan branch.
Photos below show ongoing expansion of the YMCA Building along Julio Pacana Street. A couple of years ago, I posted this proposed mixed use building by YMCA. LINK. I just don’t know if it’s the same project but is somewhat similar. Nevertheless, it’s already more than 2 years and finally, this is pushing through if it is the same project.
Lastly, this small commerical building construction is along Pres. Quirino Street in Cogon just a few meters away from Motormate.
I could have posted more but too little time to post all of them…perhaps I will post them soon.
