Construction of the 5-storey new Climbs building along Tiano-Pacana Sts. is now underway.

As shown in the photos below, the old building is currently being demolished. Engineers were at the site yesterday monitoring the demolition work to ensure that adjacent buildings are not affected. Although I generally like the building’s glassy design, the only problem I see on this 5-storey building is the parking area. This was first posted last February 20, 2012.

Below shows the update of the Macajalar Lodge Building along Seriña Street in Carmen. The building’s external shell has been formed already. You can see the facade gradually taking its shape. The next step will be the installation of the trusses for the roof. This was first posted on September 1, 2011.

Meanwhile, expansion of Demiren Hotel located along Tiano Bros. St. is now in the final phase. Painting of the 4th and 5th floors are now underway. While construction work of the left side is still in progress. Previous update was January 20, 2012.

And finally, the Sanvictores Building is now halfway done… well, I wonder only half the building is rising…still, glad its still being pursued. Previous update was March 8, 2012.
