Jubert Ocio Bagaporo of Cagayan de Oro College got the highest score among 3,825 out of 11,748 who passed the March 2012 Criminologist Licensure Examination given by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Bagaporo got a 92.90 passing rate while another Cagayan de Oro College alumnus, Rey Niño Buenaventura Abucay scored 90.15 percent to place third.
